Group Package Terms & Conditions:
- Cancellation Fee:
- 121 days prior to arrival- USD150.00 June 12th, 2010
- 90 days prior to arrival- 50% of total cost for package July 13th, 2010
- 89 days or less prior to arrival – full penalty for all cancellations.
Flight Terms & Conditions:
- Reservation Change Fee: This fare is non-refundable and has a mandatory penalty of USD150.00 for changes. Additionally, a fare difference may apply for changes to the return date.
- Airfare does not include Passenger Facility Charges, fuel charges, security charges, custom charges, immigration fees, taxes or any other surcharges which may apply, and must be added and shown on tickets. Taxes and fees are subject to change at any time, and any increase must be applied and added at time of ticketing.

TRIP INSURANCE:
Travel Insurance may be purchased at an additional cost of:
Land Only: $59 per person
Land and Air: $69 per person
Land and Air for stays of 8 nights and longer: $89 per person

NOTE:
- Insurance is non-refundable.
- Full cost of insurance MUST be paid along with FIRST deposit.
- Payment for insurance must be made separately via check or credit card.
- Trip Cancellation/Trip Interruption coverage will be based on named perils.

Payment Schedule Terms:
A $50.00 late fee will be assessed for payments made after scheduled payment dates.
